Use proper form!
Everyone wants to add more weight and lift heavier, but not enough people focus on lifting smarter. Proper form when doing most exersizes, especially weights, has a similar effect as to adding extra weight/stress. It forces more muscle fibers to get involved. You get a well rounded workout and reduce the risk of injury. So use proper form!
