Take a walk at least one time a day

A single walk per day may not cause you to drop 3lbs per week but it can bring less tangible benefits.  The fresh air will reduce tension and allow you to concentrate better.  If you're a computer user and sit for hours, a walk around the building will help reduce eye strain and muscle fatigue.
